Tests need to be updated to work with tasty 0.8 #9

tasty 0.8 was released on Sunday. Currently we build tests for scientific in NixOS, which requires we can build the test suite. Unfortunately, this isn't possible once we update to tasty 0.8 as the test suite explicitly requires tasty < 0.8.

I just widened the upper bounds and uploaded 0.2.0.2, thanks.
