updated language comments #1

I've updated the language comments for the .bats filetype. .bats is bash based, so comments are # and not // and /*.

I also updated the changelog to bump the version number a minor version. I've left edits enabled tho so you can do whatever you want with this.

Great extension though!

Sorry, for the late anwser, I've missed the notification.

It looks great, thank you. I didn't check the all language-configuration.json file, thank you for that. I will test, merge, deploy on the marketplace on my free time.

Hi,

I had a fiew minutes off so i did it now to not forget to do it later. It's updated on the marketplace, should appear within a fiew minuts.
