Fixed an issue that does not contain the other than files of 'velruse' top level package.

velruse install use the pip from github.

% pip install https://github.com/bbangert/velruse/tarball/master

If installed by above way, An installed files are only the top level files. I fixed it.

And probably also related to issues #68
