Copy thumbnail URLs associated with media players to creative works themselves #102

Given a creative work X with an associated media player Y, if the following exists:

<Y> schema:thumbnailUrl <thumb.jpeg> .

Then that should be indexed as a representative thumbnail of the creative work , to ensure search results are as presentable as possible.
