Reporting defects form #143

There is an important theme that wasn't discussed.

Suggested form is:

Defects are reported by opening new issue on project's issues page: https://github.com/bbfsdev/bbfs/issues

Defect issue should contain following fields: Branch: Mandatory Problem Description: Mandatory. Few sentences describing the problem. Debug results if any Error Message: If any. Taken from console or/and log. How to recreate: Mandatory. Detailed steps how to get the problem. Suggestions: Optional. Your assumptions about possible reasons of the defect and propositions how to solve.

Logs of falling sessions should be stored in commonly available place (Google Disk, tmp directory of test server,..)

What are you thinking?

Good form, has everything in it. But I think we should start with something simpler. As the hard point will be to actually fill it each time.
