Add simple feedback box

The Feedback box is a simple html with 2 emojis happy /sad.

When you click either of them you can see a comment box where you can add comments if you want.

All issues created in the comment box will:

• Be added as issue to bbglab/bbgwiki/ repo
• Have the naming format: Feedback for ${pagePath}.
• Contain the label Feedback

A workflow automation in the Hackaton Project board willl automatically include all the issues with label feedback to the project board with no-status
