Create pptx template for research style slides #13

Goal: create a powerpoint template styled like the slide set here.

@laila-voss now that you are an expert at customizing ppt templates, would you mind applying that expertise here?

@bblockwood Just committed a template and theme! I included section divider slides with progress bars for presentations with 5 sections. Let me know if there are any other layouts you would like to add.
