Something broke imports again, so master has been rolled back to Julia v0.6 while that gets sorted. Any imports will need to use this older version for the moment. The latest (dev) can handle most exports but it will probably break on anything fancy.

Julia broke it! Modified how Dictionaries are built to fix.
