No search results for users who haven't logged in yet #515
As a programmer, I believe the problem here is that I need to be logged in. But there is no message saying so.
Someone not familiar with our system will have searched for something, and come away from it believing that the Data Catalogue must not be very good if it has zero results for "tax". They might simply close the browser tab and not try again.
I suggest that we require people to log in to do searches, or that rather than giving them the "zero search results" page, we redirect them to the login page.
