User Story
**As a student, I need contact information is listed on pages, in the same location so that I know where to find contact information and who to contact if I have an issue.
Context:
These issues were uncovered through accessibility audit via CITZ.
If a web page contains specific help mechanisms, and those mechanisms are repeated on multiple web pages within a set of web pages, they occur in the same order relative to other page content, unless aa change is initiated by the user.
The Problem
No contact information available despite validation warning stating "please contact us". Instead, users are asked to "refer to" various resources without context on who or what is available to contact.
