Download all Geomarks in a Group #427

Interest expressed from CITZ in having an API request that would allow them to download all Geomarks in a group.

Based on the current state of Geomark the approach will be to have clients maintain a list of Geomarks that they added to a group. Then, use the 'feature' request in an iterative fashion to download all Geomarks in their list.
