Description of changes: Similar to https://github.com/bcgov/business-create-ui/pull/637

Files to look it:

AssociationType.vue
ChangeBusinessType.vue

Other than that, I think it's OK. Small conflicts that I'm pretty sure are OK after I resolved them.
