Redash - explore implementing interactive dashboards to track forms submission data for reporting purposes

As a follow-up to today's reporting meeting, it was discussed to look at implementing re-dash into our tool sets/ platforms to provide data on the number of :

• forms submitted
• forms at draft stage
• forms at waiting approval stage
• forms approved
• forms that have expired.

The data will allow us provide totals & averages for meaningful insights into our future reports.

@Stella-Archer We recently disabled Redash, which is what the Analytics module is based on.

We can easily re-enable it.

We may need to siphon some resources from other pods to make it work, so this could reduce overall load capacity. Analytics actually consists of 5 pod types, so is roughly 33% increase in overall resource footprint. In this regard, to maintain or increase app capacity we may need to revisit an increase to resources. I would recommend enabling and configuring it in dev / test first to get a good handle on exactly what configuration we'll need, and if we'll need to go through the process to justify an increase.
