OCM - Update SOFI/Site ACBC SITE to remove OneStop update URL and add associated messaging for SPGP #13359

Working with the Home team to update information re: One Stop decommissioning - including new URL and messaging etc

This ticket has screenshot of ACBC. Is the tix for ACBC?

If so, could you pls update the title?

Could you please explain what work is needed in this tix and for what app?

The screenshot is acbc and the tix title is sofi onestop which are all different apps.

@sarahelz19 I think the intent was to update the Address Change BC (ACBC) site in time for go live. I will change the title and will add this to our list for discussion on Monday. Thanks!

Darci has not supplied to us any screenshots of what the updated ACBC page will look like come go live nor what the email output for an NR request. We just sent these to her less than two weeks ago and these take time. I will follow up next week

@MeganFedora @magszymanski One Stop - Telephone & Email Confirmation Hi Sarah,

We can make the changes to the info on the website but I will need to dig a little to determine who can change the telephone and email reply. We will look into that tomorrow. For today, I’ve logged this under CHG0031153, added it to the project scope. I will follow up as we dig further into this.

To confirm my understanding, are you looking to determine who can make these changes on the OneStop ‘Contact Us’ page effective as of the SP/GP launch? If so, I can create a change request to add to the SP/GP launch and have this done in TEST in advance of the release so your team can verify.

Good Morning, As part of the Modernization project I have been working with the BC Registries teams to determine the requirements for the One Stop Retirement. It was suggested that I reach out to you both to determine, who is best involved in making these changes.

As publication of One Stop information may be more far reaching than just on our Web pages the following approach was recommended:

One Stop phone # will be replaced with 1-877- 370-1033 One stop legacy # will have a voice message in place for 90 days: Draft message: “Effective October 24,2022, for assistance with BC Registries, please call 1-877-370-1033”

One Stop email will be replaced with BCROSsupport@gov.bc.ca One Stop legacy email will have an auto-reply for 90 days. Draft reply: “Effective October 24,2022, for assistance with BC Registries please contact BCROSsupport@gov.bc.ca

Hi Wael,

We have a piece of work that needs to be tackled on an urgent basis. I believe this is an iStore but am hoping you can confirm – and if so assign out to somebody on your team to pick up.

We require the email address bcrossupport@gov.bc.ca to be created. This will be the new email used by Maximus for application inquirires. Maximus has asked that it be ready by Friday so they can port it over to their system in preparation for the SP/GP cutover.

Hi Jeff,

I just wanted to touch base to reconfirm my understanding after yesterday’s meeting. Sarah and I will provide verbiage for the retirement of 1-877-822-6727. Maximus will launch messaging on the phone lines.

In addition, I would like to let you know that An istore request has been logged to create the new email bcrossupport@gov.bc.ca.This has been placed urgently and we have outlined your requested timeline of Friday. I am out of the office Thursday & Friday so I will ask Sarah to follow-up with that team later this week.
