data issue: 7 firms with different business status (active vs historical) #14008

Orgbook folks ran an audit between LEAR db and Orgbook db and found that 7 SP/GPs have business state(active vs historical) mismatches.

Firms with this issue:

'FM0528057', 'FM0251484', 'FM0606634', 'FM0720345', 'FM0804510', 'FM0849980', 'FM0621990'

@droberts27 I've taken a look at these firms and the last filing in COLIN for all of these firms was a dissolution filing. Looks like OrgBook is wrong? Please verify/confirm when you have a minute.

@argush3 event.trigger_dts is in the future and when I look at the COLIN ledger output I see the same date as the dissolution date.

The comment in Business Registry is contradictory: "dissolution date of December 31, 2022. The Sole Proprietorship has been struck from the register and dissolved"

COLIN: historical Business Registry: historical Orgbook: active

I will ask staff here what to do.
