Questions from COLIN meeting: Determine if a client can file alteration, address change, or director change ...or other filing when a business is:

If a business done an address change or filing in D1 state are they taken out of D1 state? Do they get a delay in the dissolution process?

Note from Darci: For companies in the process of dissolution, and the client changes any of the registered or records office addresses, if the event trigger date to move to the next stage of dissolution is less than 60 days, then the date is delayed by 32 days.
