COOPS UI - Change language for paper only filings - POLICY QUESTION

Description:

The current blurb for paper-only filings mentions a date prior to which things will be paper-only. Since a variety of filings have been moved to paper-only, regardless of date, this wording needs to be updated.

Scott has proposed the following as a starting point to Karla-Maria: "Certain filings are only available from the BC Registry as paper documents.

To request copies of paper documents, contact BC Registry Staff with the document you require and the name and incorporation number of your association"

Can be action-ed once policy has responded.

3. I don’t recommend using the following notice unless there is a concern that the searched document is likely to contain transcription errors:
