Create UI: identify expired NR and allow selection of new NR

• [ ] allow selection of new NR (use existing components)

There is an existing component to allow the selection of a new NR but it might need to be updated to support the workflow we want here (ie, allow selection of numbered if applicable, and/or another NR). This may be straighforward but I've estimated 5 to account for any unforeseen complications.

@andyyanggov How should we identify that the current NR is expired -- invalid bars? Message box? Just remove it and prompt for a new one?

If you "undo" the existing NR to choose a different option, you can add it back using NR 7352666 with phone=1234.

Cool thanks. Off-topic: the error message for the NR number should probably show the format as well. Same goes for any field with a specific format requirement.
