Edit UI: allow correction of resolution date(s)

Problem

Currently, "correcting" a resolution date just adds another date.

Requirements

• Allow the user to correct one of the existing dates
• Allow the user to remove an existing date
• Do not allow the user to select a duplicate date

Acceptance Criteria

• Update language of resolution/court date description
• Date format changed to [MMMM dd, yyyy] - Example: January 15, 2024
• Update order of dates: most recent (top) to oldest (bottom)
• Add divider lines between dates
• Display the "correct" button and drop down next to each date
• If the user selects the drop down button next to "correct", display the "remove" option
• If the user selects 'correct'
  • Display the input field - it should be filled with the currently selected date
  • The correct button becomes the cancel button
  • If the user selects 'Cancel', go back to initial state - date becomes read only
  • When the user selects the input field, display the calendar (same as current state)
  • Allow user to select a date that is between the incorporation date and the current date (same as current)
  • If the user selects a date that has already been added to the list, display error: "This date has already been added. You cannot enter it again."

Corrected State Once a date has been successfully updated

• The "corrected" badge displays next to the updated date
• Display the "undo" button and drop down (see design)
• Undo button continues to work as it does currently (goes back to original date)
  • When drop down next to "undo" is selected, display "change" and "remove" options

Removed State" If the user selects 'Remove'

• Display the remove badge next to the removed date
• Change the font color of the removed date
• Display the "undo" button (no drop down)
  • If the user selects "undo", go back to the Added State

• Display all dates by default
• Update language of button from "Show previous resolutions or court order dates" to "Show All"
• Only display the "Show All" button if there are over 10 dates
• When the user selects the "Show All" button, the button changes to say "Show Less" and all resolutions and court order dates are displayed
• When the user selects "Show Less", display only 10 dates

Confirm language with business Resolution and Court Order Dates Description:

• Dates of resolutions or court orders to change the company's share structure. This includes dates for adjusting the special rights or restrictions on a specific class or series of shares.

To summarize, the filings JSON should contain:

• in an alteration filing -> a single date, to be added to the existing list of dates
• in a correction filing -> an updated list of dates, to replace the existing list of dates
