During a meeting with CITZ IMB to review the PPR/MHR PIA with the added consideration of using data for Business Intelligence, a spreadsheet/table was requested to help evaluate the data and usage in order to decide whether or not to revise the PIA

We need to show

[x] The full list of all data stored in the database
[x] A list of all fields to be masked/de-indentified for BI
[x] A list of all tables to excluded entirely
