User Story

As a user with a BC or ULC entity on COLIN I want to see the filings I entered on COLIN And I want to see outputs, scans or 'available on paper only' So that all my corporate history is in one place

Description

This story covers the following

Will we bring over just corporations filing alterations to become benefit companies or all corporations?
If all corporations, how will we keep filing history up to date in postgress?
If all corporations, only active or active plus historical. And if historical, how far back?
How will we get the filings to display in the recent filing history?
Recreate outputs using new templates (determine how many and if any can be combined)
Build necessary output templates

Acceptance Criteria

REPRODUCE HISTORICAL JASPER OUTPUTS

GIVEN I have affiliated a BC or ULC from COLIN AND I have opened my entity dashboard WHEN I search my COLIN filings that had non-suppressed jasper outputs THEN I will see the associated outputs for the filing - displaying the relevant information in the new template format.

ADD MESSAGING TO 'available on paper only' FILINGS

GIVEN I have affiliated a BC or ULC from COLIN AND I have opened my entity dashboard WHEN I search my COLIN filings that did not have outputs and stated "AVAILABLE ON PAPER ONLY" THEN I will see the a message to contact BC Registries to view my filed documents

VIEW SCANNED DOCUMENTS LINKED TO A FILING

GIVEN I staff made a filing in COLIN which included a scanned document AND I have affiliated a BC or ULC from COLIN AND I have opened my entity dashboard WHEN I search my COLIN filings that had a scanned document attached to the filing THEN I will be able to view the scanned document (TBD where)

VIEW SCANNED DOCUMENTS LINKED TO A CORPORATION NOT A FILING

GIVEN staff 'document indexed' and scanned a document in SOFI and associated it to a corporation AND I have affiliated my BC or ULC from COLIN WHEN I open my entity dashboard THEN I should have a place where I can view scanned documents not associated to a filing
