SPIKE: Schemas for Incorporations across entity types #6410

We need to identify what information is included in a filing and where this information is stored on the oracle database. Run SQL queries on the following filing types in oracle:

ICORP - Incorporate a Company ICORC - Incorporation Application for a CCC ICORU - Incorporate a BC ULC Company CONTI - Continue a Company into BC CONTC - Continuation Application for a CCC CONTU - Continue a BC ULC Company into BC OTCIN - Continued In OTINC - Incorporation Application OTLET - Letters of Patent

XLREG - Registration Stmt for an Extraprovincial LLP LLREG - Registration Stmt for a BC LLP XPREG - Declaration for Extraprovincial Ltd Partnership LPREG - Certificate of Limited Partnership FRREG - Stmt of Registration of Partnership or Sole Prop OTREG - Extraprovincial Cooperative Registration REGS2 - Register Xpro REGLL - Register LLC REGST - Register Xpro

Ideally, if I could get these back by Feb 10th that would be great. Let's discuss what is best way to put this info together.

Alright - I think I have a good idea of where to start. I am going to noodle around the DB a bit and think about it today. I am sure I will have some clarifying questions I will write down as I go and ideally Monday I can ask and we can discuss the best way to put the info together?

Sounds great. I added a few more to the list. I've created a spreadsheet and will stick it on sharepoint. On Monday we can see if it will work.

@gh20s Hi Greg, think you could do these for me this week? Updated - with info I could find. I need to format for readability and search a few things. Will do tuesday feb 16 in the am.

Several of the filing types do not have outputs or are scanned images. I have not filled these out yet on the sheet. I can surmise where the paper filings would exist on the DB if they were to be a report / output.

I can try digging through Jasper as well to see if I can generate a report for these filings.

@gh20s Hi Greg, you won't find anything in Jasper for OTCIN, OTINC, OTLET, OTREG - only in the databases Should find outputs in Jasper for the rest of them.

Also noticed the first six are missing translated name info and share structure.
