Update "How does it work" stepper:

[x] First step - update text, Add business type selector link to first step (#6504 contained work to insert the business type selector, and update text and image)
[ ] Second step - update text, link to login to start numbered company, update image with new Name Request screenshot, add login/create account button, update Learn more link (CMS page)
[ ] Third step - update text, link to login/create account, update image with new screenshot (if IA is updated), update Learn more link (CMS page)
[ ] Fourth step - update text, link to login/create account, update image with new screenshot (if IA is updated), update Learn more link (CMS page)
