Missing Columns from Watercraft Risk Assessment table #1160

Describe the Bug Several columns were not loading into LUCY's watercraft_risk_assessment table

Expected Behaviour Columns like previous_inspection_days_count, previous_major_city, and destination_major_city should be in the watercraft_risk_assessment table

Actual Behaviour Those columns are missing from the table
