Describe the task Deploy the entire BCMI project to the OpenShift test environment.

Purpose So we can work toward deployment production and give access to the Service Owners.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] BCMI deploys to OpenShift
[ ] UI functions as expected (strapi, keycloak, frontend, etc..)
[ ] The data is copied across to the database
[ ] SO have access

Additional context

Will need to create secrets
