Describe the task Encryption of data is a security requirement needed for the ETL tool for SPAR2. Data encryption options must be documented with pros and cons and discussed with the dev team at a collab session

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] pros and cons of options documented
[ ] high level how to of implementation documented
