Think if need to add a placeholder option like ‘Other’ to accommodate teams outside SDD or from other ministries

If somebody selects the “Other” team in the dropdown, then perhaps can make the “notes” field mandatory and in fact can even add a subtitle text to remind users to specify the other team name in notes field

Since all employees belong to a team and all teams belong to one or the other branch, that means, the employee table just needs a team foreign key and not a branch foreign key???
