update IDIM agent config for GA #189

The current connection name displayed in the BC Wallet for the IDIM agents is IDIM (env), and should be changed to the more recognizable name BC Services Card

Change the default_label configuration property for all IDIM agents: IDIM DEV default_label: BC Services Card (DEV) IDIM SIT default_label: BC Services Card (SIT) IDIM QA default_label: BC Services Card (QA)
IDIM PROD default_label: BC Services Card

This issue is also logged in IDIM JIRA as IASP-16231
