This branch has makefile ntEdit-make which enables user to run ntEdit pipeline in one command. Because ntEdit needs ntHits to run before itself.

Also, can you add a short explanation/example of using the Makefile on the README?

Also please remember to update the README to mention this new Makefile.

@MurathanGoktas - Let's separate out the azure yml updates to a different PR. Can you remove the updates to the azure pipeline file for now? Best to keep PRs more targeted to adding 1 feature. We'll keep the base file for now, just to get that commit back into master since we lost it with that force push.
