Use fully-qualified name for wiggletools #86

Build failed due to finding wiggletools in brewsci/bio and brewsci/science

Error message from dockerhub:

Error: Formulae found in multiple taps:
* brewsci/bio/wiggletools
* brewsci/science/wiggletools
Please use the fully-qualified name (e.g. brewsci/bio/wiggletools) to refer to the formula.

You can revert this PR now. There's even a handy Revert button above, which I haven't used before.
