SoundflowerBed hangs after computer waking from sleep #121

In audio MIDI setup, soundflower 2ch is set as sound output.
Soundflower bed is set to run with system startup and is the "2ch built in
output" is checked so the sound will be duplicated to the standard output
device.

After my laptop wakes from a long sleep, sound from the standard output device
is not working and soundflower bed's process is hanged. To make the sound in my
computer work again i have to kill soundflowerbed's process and re-start it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Soundflower bed 1.6.2
Mac OS X 10.7.2, MacBook Air

Reproduced here -

Soundflowerbed 1.6.6
Mac OS X 10.8.2, MacBook Pro 15" Mid2012, 16GBRam, 2.3GHz i7

Routing sound out on one channel from Reaper into MainStage and back again
(both latest versions) with soundflowerbed 64chan. When clamshell shut and
longer sleep (not full hibernate), spinning disk on the soundflowerbed icon and
no sound passing through - as above, had to kill the process and restart to
regain access to the icon menu and allow sound to pass.

The process seemed to be continuing to fluctuate between 4.3 and 4.4 percent
cpu whilst in hang state - usually uses around 7.5 percent when operating
properly.
