The torndb package in pypi is not the lastest stable version. #17

There are some changes, eg. add time_zone param to __init__. But the new package has not submitted to pypi yet, so we can install the latest version from github only.

OK, I've submitted a new build to pypi. Please let me know if anything is broken.
