Add a !votekick option

1.Would it be possible to add a !votekick <player>, (admins are immune from
normal users) option that other players on the server can use.
2. With my server being so busy as of late, and due to the crash bug with
gmod I have no way of kicking players from the server, if I am not on it.
3. So an option that other players on the server can use to kick the
troublesome players (say with a temp 15 minute ban) would help.

hm sounds ok but the fact is it would affect some servers its not that great of 
a idea 
if your not in game open your servers cpanel and type in the server management 
rcon ev 
ban <playername> <Time> <Reason> or ev kick <playername> <Reason> and if the 
person 
gets passed the ban using the serenity steamid spoofer ban there ip for the 
time 
meaning if they come back with another ip ban that one the whole gmod community 
needs 
to fight this thing.

I was working on this as a plugin for a minute, BUT I have very little 
experience in the area of LUA coding and coding Evolve plugins. It looks pretty 
easy to do, I just don't understand the commands just yet. Get workin', OV!

i think he has left this addon there hasn't been an update since January might 
as well move on to ULX or one of the other mods
