Create documentation for using custom netboot images in custom distributions #202

We introduced support for custom netboot images in custom distributions in pull request #165, but that pull request completely lacks documentation on how users should take advantage of this new feature.

Expand the documentation on how users can take advantage of this feature, and if there are any limitations.
