Inadequate sample size in log file causes burnin < stepsize #43

Inadequate sample size, such as 5 lines in a log file, causes burnin < stepsize, which should not be allowed.

ask to revert in Very short log BEAST runs in Tracer #71, but treat the burnin as zero.

allow 1-line log, but only show statistics after more than 4 samples.
