Missing LICENSE file #50

Hi, could you add a LICENSE file (e.g. MIT or Apache 2) to this project, so users of your repository know what they are allowed to do with your source code?

There is a license specified in https://github.com/beckje01/grails-code-coverage/blob/master/CodeCoverageGrailsPlugin.groovy#L18 which shows up http://grails.org/plugin/code-coverage

It is Apache 2 if you would like to add a new file that helps with Github feel free to open a PR
