Open Network for Volunteers: Review of the level 1 arch diagram #232

Reviewed the document, provided the feedback, tried to make some of those changes.

Key things:

  1. We need to remove some repetitive sections from all 3 layers, Trust, Transaction and Application.
  2. The language needs a bit of correction.
  3. Redid the transaction layer functional requirements.
  4. Every functional requirement that we have in lavel 1 document represents an API in the application, so the number of apis in level2 doc would be similar to the number of functional req we have in level1.
  5. We need to reduce the number of functional requirements in the level 1 document.
