Move Goal List to RecyclerView #228

The current list is janky, according to analytics, sometimes crashy, and hurting our Play Store metrics--oof!

To do this, we probably first want to split the layout into a few different layouts. The Goal List Activity is reused for a lot of things, like the logged out view!

[x] Fix sync observable
[x] Review Logged Out view

right now, when I hit sync, the syncing bar at the bottom doesn't go away.

This has been released in Beedroid 5.
