[Feature request] Manually add games folders #8

For non Steam games, browsing the game .exe would be nice.

It's what happens when you only get time on weekends, but also don't have time or energy every weekend. But then when things do align you spend all the time figuring out where you were up to and what you were doing next. Rinse and repeat. It's an awful cycle :P

At least for today I have been back at it again

This feature is awesome! Is there a roadmap with a changelog to know the date and features added in this 1.1? FSR will be part of this 1.1 ?

There is, for some reason it was not linked to this repository. It is now up the top in the Projects tab.

@TatsunaKyo , filing an issue on their GitHub repository is the best way to get support on a custom branch.

Thats ok, I didn't mean it to be mean or harsh.

But in general if someone has created a fork and done their own things then going to them directly is the best place to ask for assistance.

Dlss updater also doesnt have the custom game folder feature. What a disappointment

Should I setup a donation link to help pay the bills so I can spend more time on things like this and less time at work? Will you donate, how much would you donate?

idk. the program feels done all it needs is the browse game folder feature. i wont ask for anything else after that

@alaseridan what version are you using? I am on 1.0.5 and I don't have the option for manually added games. Any progress on the manually added games in general? Fells like there hasn't been an update in forever.

there's progress. the owner posted a pic of the new feature but he just has to finish it up. i'm thinking it'll be done soon. then i can play MSFS with dlss 3.8.
