April 30th Beers! #3

March's beers were good! A nice mix of Angular, Backbone, Chaplin and Ember. Let's keep it going next month.

Adieux Cafe--aside from being hard for folks to find--seemed to work well; they have both food AND beer. Do we want to keep it there, or try something else?

I'm surprised to say this, but I actually liked it as a venue for this. It wasn't all loud like bars typically are. I didn't try the food, but I'd be open to that next time.

I'll still be later than the 7pm start (basically all my Wednesdays are going to be that way, I'm even usually late to Web Geeks now) but I'm down with the date, and I think I should be around.

I like the location too. I could hear everybody and the beer was good.

@carolinecblaker sure thing! Have a target date? I'd be happy to give a Backbone.js/Chaplin.js talk (perhaps with @brianarn?). The others may be willing to do an Angular.js talk, but I'll leave that up to them.

Adieux Cafe works well for me, but I'm not much of a JS guy, so my vote shouldn't count for much.

I'm genuinely hopeful that I'll make it tonight, but prospects are looking grim. I have some really big commitments tomorrow and I may wind up having to work through this time in order to meet them. :/

Worst case, I hope that each and every one of you makes it out to @orbiteleven's talk about server-side JS at ABQ Web Geeks next week, which I am going to do my damnedest to make. :)

...there's a slight possibility I'll be either late or absent tonight; Uber is launching tomorrow and we've got a lot of action on the ground to get done.

Thanks for the shout-out, @brianarn, on my talk next week. If I don't see everyone tonight I hope to see you next week!
