After 2 hours of searching through the HexxyCraft++ pack, the problem was oneiornaut. The errors that would pop up would either be random recipe problems, along the lines of:
Internal Exeption: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Java.lang.IllegalArgumentExeption: Unkown recipe serilizer minecraft:emerald_from_blasting_deepslate_emerald_ore
or:
Internal Exeption: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: net.minecraft.class_151: Non [a-z0-9/._-] charater in path of location: minecraft: STRANGE BOX WITH "SOH" IN
