I tested in Windows and Firefox and first was not successful in using your addons. But then I noticed that a wrong URI is requested, e.g. https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/gh/belaviyo/download-with/samples/sample.zip%22. The reason is there is a pair of double quotes too much, which has to be removed from command line, one before the /S parameter, and one after the last parameter, all in all (only arguments input field):
Side remarks, tell me, if you want me to open new issue tickets:
Would be nice to have the button linking to the test page also in the aria2 addon options page.
The GnuWin32 package wget is terribly outdated. Perhaps it would be better to use the path created by the other resource GNU Wget for Windows (cf. in “Where can I download Wget?“), though this is in the moment not fully up to date, too.
