The current MMTIS directive specifically mention the following items 1) Vehicles (low floor; wheelchair accessible.)
for 1) the class Service Facility Set is created, but properties have not been defined https://purl.eu/doc/applicationprofile/netex-belgium/vehiclescheduling-ap/#Service%20Facility%20Set that said one can argue that wheelchairs are supported through the following (if we have a certain number of wheelchairs, does it automatically implies that wheelchair are supported? ) https://purl.eu/doc/applicationprofile/netex-belgium/vehiclescheduling-ap/#Passenger%20Capacity and that low floor is supported though https://purl.eu/doc/applicationprofile/netex-belgium/vehiclescheduling-ap/#Vehicle%20Type
I remain unclear on how it will work for trains: we can have multiple vehicles and only some of them might haver wheelchairs or low floor
