Password reset link returns 404 #287

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click recover password on main page.
2. Click link in email.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The page should provide a password reset page. Instead the 404 page is 
displayed.

What version of which web browser are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 10.0.1 on Fedora 15.

Please provide any additional information below.

I have tested this and it does work.  The reset link is only valid for 30 
minutes, and if this time limit is exceeded, then a 404 will be returned when 
visiting the link.

Yes, I tested it less than 30 minutes after receipt of email.
