Add a five-second delay before unhiding comments with low scores #344

A lot of LWers unhide comments that have been collapsed due to their low scores
and then proceed to have long, useless, thread-derailing conversations. I
propose that, upon clicking the button to unhide, there should be a five second
delay before the comment is actually expanded. Waiting isn't fun and the delay
prevents hyperbolic discounting from magnifying the positive reinforcement of
reading something that someone doesn't want you to read.

I'd also like to make the meta-level request that future changes use our
knowledge of human cognition to promote the sort of behaviour that we want
rather than modifying the karma system in ways that make people fill discussion
threads with negative affect, as in
http://lesswrong.com/lw/eb9/meta_karma_for_last_30_days/

Sorry, that last part was too snarky and now it seems I can't edit it. I'd like
to retract that.

Too annoying. This is LW - our users have all of the info they need to
self-modify to avoid self-destructive behaviour.
