Enable users to indicate if they'll be attending meetups #350

Reasons:
1. Helpful to organizers of meetups to estimate attendance numbers, especially 
those like me who provide food,
2. Seeing who else will be attending encourages more people to come,
3. Makes the community look more active.

I propose that
 * there is a button on each meetup page with the text "I'm coming" or similar;
 * near the button it shows "Attending :" with a list of usernames. These are visible to all;
 * if you're registered as attending, the button toggles to "I'm no longer coming" or similar and pressing it removes you from the list of attendees.

You might also look at the UI of meetup.com for a less minimal version of this.
