"highlight comments since..." #388

Reddit has this feature now for Reddit Gold users; at the top of the comments 
section is a radio-selection for "Show comments since <last date you visited>, 
<second-last date you visited>, <third-last date you visited>" maybe something 
earlier (we could have like 10% of the post's age back in time, as a standard 
fourth alternative for lack of anything cleverer).
