How do we get people to come back? Or how do we learn what might have driven
people away? I suggest emailing inactive accounts with a survey to see why they
might have left. Even just a free-form survey might provide us with a lot of
insights.
We could build one through Wufoo, Qualaroo, or Google Forms, and send a link
after 30-60 days of inactivity.
