The submission responses should disable (or warn the viewer!) time-increment views when there is a response at a smaller time increment than shown

As an event creator, if one of my respondents can only attend from 7:00-7:30, I should not be told that the entire hour of 7:00 is free.

Instead I would like to see some kind of indicator that there is an unavailable user during that time
