Fill in Missing Data

There are plenty of items that aren't included in the current data set (base parts, mostly), as well as a lot of useful bits of info for existing items (such as how to acquire certain items, as opposed to where to find them, which is included (but not always complete either!)).

Tools have been added to all existing recipes, and I just updated my original comment to include the categories for items I don't have yet.

For the most part, everything is in -- There are a few stragglers, due to them either not being in the data I extracted from the game, or maybe because I'm unsure of whether or not their inclusion here is useful at all... But I'll add an additional checklist here for those last items that should probably be added.
